Overview and purpose

Young people have the power to shape society, but they need to know how to make their voices heard in decision-making processes. How do you negotiate with institutions? How do you build a movement for change?

This intensive 4-day course equips aspiring leaders with skills in public speaking, negotiation, and grassroots advocacy to influence local and European policies.

Through debate simulations, lobbying techniques, and activism strategies, participants will learn how to develop effective campaigns and drive political and social change.
