1- Scope and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Alfa Edu S.R.L.S., headquartered at Via Borgo San Rocco, 110 – 00072 Ariccia (RM), Italy, VAT No. 17629321005 (hereafter “Alfa Edu”), and the individual participant (hereafter “the Student”) concerning participation in educational and training courses (hereafter “the Program”) offered by Alfa Edu in either online or in-person format.
By submitting a pre-registration form and/or making any payment, the Student fully accepts the conditions detailed herein.
2- Course Formats and Delivery
Alfa Edu offers:
- Online Courses delivered via digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). Participants must ensure stable internet access and functioning devices.
- In-Person Courses held at selected training venues, primarily in Rome or other cities as specified per course.
Alfa Edu reserves the right to change the course modality (e.g., shifting from in-person to online) for reasons including health regulations, force majeure, or organizational needs. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
3- Registration and Confirmation
To register, the Student must:
- Complete the registration form with accurate personal and billing data
- Send the signed form via email to info@alfaedu.it
- Accept these Terms and Conditions in full
- Pay the required enrollment fee or total course fee
Enrollment is subject to availability. Confirmation of enrollment is issued only upon receipt of payment and signed documentation. Alfa Edu reserves the right to reject incomplete or late registrations.
4- Fees and Payment
All course fees, payment plans, and applicable discounts are listed in the course contract. Payments must be made to:

Invoices will be issued upon payment and sent to the billing email provided.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of access to the course.
5- Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participants may cancel or modify their registration under the following conditions:
- Full refund for cancellations made 60+ days before the course start date
- 50% refund for cancellations made 30–59 days before the course start date
- No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the course start date
- Name changes (participant substitutions) are allowed free of charge up to 5 days before the course
All cancellation or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to info@alfaedu.it. The course start date refers to the first scheduled session, whether online or in-person.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 working days.
6- Changes and Cancellations by Alfa Edu
Alfa Edu reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any Program due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Instructor unavailability
- Force majeure (e.g., pandemic, natural disasters)
In such cases, Alfa Edu will offer:
- A full refund
OR - Enrollment in an alternative session or course
Alfa Edu is not responsible for any personal costs (e.g., travel, accommodation) incurred by the Student due to changes or cancellations.
7- Participation and Conduct
The Student agrees to:
- Actively participate in the Program
- Behave respectfully toward trainers and peers
- Refrain from recording or distributing course content without written permission
Alfa Edu reserves the right to deny access or remove participants who violate conduct rules or disrupt the learning environment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8- Intellectual Property
All training materials, slides, documents, recordings, and content provided during the Program are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Alfa Edu or its partners.
The Student agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any materials for purposes other than personal learning. Unauthorized sharing or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9- Image and Media Consent
During in-person or online activities, Alfa Edu may capture photos or video recordings for internal documentation and promotional use (e.g., websites, brochures, social media). By registering, the Student consents to this use.
If the Student does not wish to appear in any media, they must notify Alfa Edu in writing before the start of the course.
10- Disclaimer and Liability
While Alfa Edu strives to deliver high-quality training, it does not guarantee any specific outcomes, certifications, or job opportunities as a result of participation.
Alfa Edu shall not be held liable for:
- Damages resulting from course content or the use thereof
- Interruptions due to external events or technical issues
- Any indirect or consequential losses
The Student assumes full responsibility for their actions and learning progress.
11- Insurance
Each participant is responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own personal insurance coverage for the entire duration of the Program, whether online or in-person. International students are particularly required to have valid health and accident insurance coverage that applies in Italy during their stay.
Alfa Edu shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, theft, or other incidents that may occur during or in connection with participation in the Program, including travel, accommodation, or extracurricular activities.
12- Personal Data and Privacy (GDPR)
All personal data provided will be processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian privacy laws.
Data is used exclusively for administrative, billing, and educational purposes and is stored securely. The Student may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time by writing to info@alfaedu.it.
13- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from this contract shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
14- Acceptance of Terms
By signing the course contract and submitting the registration form, the Student declares they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
