Pre-registration is a non-binding expression of interest in one of our training courses. It allows you to indicate your preferred course session and the number of participants from your institution, even if the session is not yet confirmed on our website.
Submitting this form does not constitute a booking and does not guarantee participation. It helps us assess demand, align participant availability, and confirm course dates once the minimum number of participants is reached.
How the registration and confirmation process works
Our courses are delivered to international schools, institutions, and participants and are confirmed once a minimum number of participants is reached. For this reason, registration takes place in several structured steps:
Step 1 – Pre-registration (this form)
By completing this form you:
- express interest in a specific course session, and
- indicate the number of participants from your institution.
This step is non-binding and does not involve any payment.
It allows us to evaluate demand and proceed with organizing and confirming the session.
Step 2 – Seat reservation (after we contact you)
If places are available, we will contact you by email with:
- a seat reservation document to be signed by your institution, and
- instructions for paying a small fully refundable reservation deposit.
Important:
- Seats are allocated only after we receive both the signed reservation document and the deposit.
- Without a confirmed reservation, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Step 3 – Course confirmation
When the minimum number of participants is reached:
- the course session is officially confirmed, and
- all institutions with reserved seats are informed by email.
Until this moment:
- the reservation deposit is fully refundable if your institution cannot proceed.
After confirmation:
- the deposit is deducted from the total course fee,
- you will be asked to pay the rest of the course fees, and
- standard cancellation conditions apply.
Step 4 – Travel planning and participation
Only after the course is officially confirmed, the participants should:
- book flights or trains,
- arrange accommodation, and
- finalize travel plans.
At the pre-registration and reservation stages, please refrain from booking travel or accommodation.
Course fees & VAT
- Course fees are indicated in the course page (in the course details section), per participant and exclude VAT.
- VAT is applied in accordance with Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC:
- 0% VAT for non-EU institutions, and EU institutions (except italian ones) with a valid VAT number registered in the VIES system
- Italian VAT (22% of the course fees) applies for physical persons, regardless of their countries and to EU institutions if it is not VIES-registered
You may verify your institution’s VAT number in the official EU VIES database:
https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/
VAT and invoicing details will be collected in the reservation document.
