Erasmus Project Writing Course for First-Time Applicants

Overview and purpose

Have you ever had a great idea for a European project but felt unsure where to begin? For many first-time applicants, entering the Erasmus+ world means facing new terminology, rules, and application forms. With the right guidance, this process becomes clear and achievable.

Writing Your First Erasmus+ Project is a 6-day intensive course designed for educators, NGO staff, and newcomers who want to build real skills in Erasmus project writing. Through a structured, step-by-step approach, participants learn how to turn an initial idea into a complete and well-organised proposal ready for submission under KA1 or KA210. The course combines theory with hands-on practice, helping participants understand both the logic behind successful proposals and the practical requirements of the forms.

By working directly with real application documents, participants strengthen their erasmus writing skills, learn how to translate needs into clear objectives, and understand how evaluators assess quality. By the end of the course, erasmus project writing will feel approachable, practical, and achievable.
