Leader in the Saddle

Overview and purpose

You’ve read the books. Attended the webinars. Maybe even had one-on-one coaching.
But until you stand face to face with a horse, a living being who senses your hesitation, reads your body language, and responds only to your true presence, you haven’t really felt what it means to lead.

Leader in the Saddle isn’t a traditional course, it’s a powerful, immersive experience. Over 4 days in the peaceful Roman hills, you’ll enter into direct relationship with the horse, one of the most perceptive animals on earth. Horses don’t respond to status, titles, or charisma. They respond to clarity, trust, and consistency, the same qualities required of authentic leaders.

Through guided experiential sessions, reflection, and hands-on activities, you’ll discover your personal leadership style, develop non-verbal communication, learn how to earn trust, manage uncertainty, and lead with presence. No riding or horse experience is necessary — just a willingness to grow.

If you’re ready for a leadership journey that’s honest, embodied, and unforgettable, this is the course for you.
