To help address these challenges, Alfa Edu is proud to be part of ReBalance, an international leadership and professional development programme designed to support women who are ready to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their professional networks, and contribute to positive change in their workplaces and communities.
Co-funded by the European Union, ReBalance offers a unique opportunity for women from diverse professional backgrounds to participate in a fully funded international learning journey focused on leadership, personal development, and professional impact.
What is ReBalance?
ReBalance is a long-term international programme aimed at empowering women aged approximately 25–50 who are motivated to develop their leadership potential and take an active role in shaping more inclusive, innovative, and resilient workplaces.
The programme combines leadership training, international mobility, peer learning, and practical action planning to help participants translate ideas into meaningful change.
Through a structured learning pathway, participants will gain new skills, broaden their perspectives, and build connections with women from different countries and professional sectors.
What Does the Programme Include?
Selected participants will join a fully funded programme lasting approximately 18–24 months.
The programme includes:
- Leadership Bootcamp focused on personal and professional leadership development.
- Online workshops hosted in Italy.
- Development of an individual action plan tailored to each participant’s goals and workplace context.
- A specialization pathway in either:
- Digital Leadership in Lithuania, or
- Entrepreneurship in Italy.
- Follow-up workshops and case study discussions.
- A final international meeting and presentation event in Greece.
The programme is designed to combine theoretical learning with practical application, ensuring that participants can immediately apply their new knowledge and skills in real-world settings.
Fully Funded International Opportunity

All programme-related expenses are covered through project funding, including:
- Training activities
- International mobility opportunities
- Accommodation
- Travel costs related to project activities
