ReBalance Project: Final Ranking and Provisional WP3 Learning Pathway Allocations

Project ID: 2025-1-DE02-KA220-ADU-00356623

Alfa Edu has completed the evaluation of applications submitted under the Call for the Allocation of Participants to the WP3 Learning Pathways. Therefore, we are pleased to publish the ReBalance Project final ranking and the provisional pathway allocations.

Publishing the ranking order supports transparency throughout the selection process. However, Alfa Edu will not publish individual scores or detailed evaluation records. Instead, each participant may request her personal score and evaluation feedback through private communication.

Final Ranking and Provisional Pathway Allocations

Alfa Edu created the final ranking according to the criteria in the original call. We then allocated the pathways based on three factors:

  • The final ranking order
  • Participants’ stated preferences
  • The number of places available in each pathway

The following table presents the final ranking and provisional allocations:

RankParticipantProvisional learning pathway
1Silvia SorrentinoPathway B – Entrepreneurship Mindset
2Dudu Turku ErogluPathway B – Entrepreneurship Mindset
3Eda PutgulPathway B – Entrepreneurship Mindset
4Lucia Vittoria ParetiPathway A – Leading Digital Transformation

Possibility of a Mutual Pathway Exchange

Alfa Edu may approve a mutual exchange between two participants. This option aims to address participants’ practical preferences while maintaining fairness. In addition, any exchange must preserve the number of places in each pathway.

The exchange must involve:

  • One participant currently in Pathway A – Leading Digital Transformation
  • One participant currently in Pathway B – Entrepreneurship Mindset

Conditions for an Exchange

Alfa Edu will consider an exchange request only when the participants meet all the following conditions:

  • Both participants clearly agree to the exchange.
  • Both participants submit one joint written request.
  • Each participant confirms full availability for the activity and travel dates of the new pathway.
  • The exchange maintains the following distribution:
    • Four participants in Pathway A
    • Five participants in Pathway B
  • Alfa Edu approves the request in writing.

Therefore, participants should not consider an exchange final until Alfa Edu sends formal written approval.

Deadline for Joint Exchange Requests

Participants must submit joint exchange requests by:

30 June 2026 at 23:59 CET

They should send the joint request by email to:

europa@alfaedu.it

After this deadline, Alfa Edu may not consider further requests.

Final Allocations and Participant Responsibilities

Once the exchange deadline has passed, Alfa Edu will review all eligible requests. We will then update the allocations with any approved exchanges. After that, the pathway allocations will become final.

However, any approved exchange will affect only the pathway allocations. The final ranking order will remain unchanged.

In addition, each participant must formally confirm her acceptance and availability. Alfa Edu will communicate the relevant instructions directly to all participants.

Important Travel Notice

Participants must wait for formal written instructions and approval from Alfa Edu before they:

  • Purchase travel tickets
  • Reserve accommodation
  • Make independent travel arrangements

Therefore, participants should not make any travel plans or financial commitments before receiving official confirmation.

Transparency and Access to Evaluation Results

Alfa Edu will retain the complete scoring grid and all supporting evaluation records. This process supports transparency, accountability, and accurate project documentation.

Each participant may privately request:

  • Her individual numerical score
  • Personalised evaluation feedback

However, Alfa Edu will not share information about other applicants. This restriction protects the privacy of all participants.
