The Italian Tiramisù Dessert Experience is a three hour practical workshop designed for anyone who wants to explore Italian dessert culture and master one of Italy’s most iconic creations: tiramisù. Set in the heart of Rome, this experience blends sensory discovery, cultural storytelling, and practical technique: a famous dessert turned into something personal, authentic, and unforgettable.

No prior cooking experience is needed. Just curiosity, a love for Italian culture, and the desire to learn by doing.

Duration and Daily Schedule

Total: 3 hours

 

1) Kitchen Welcome & Italian Sweet Traditions Session (45 minutes)

A warm introduction to Italian dessert culture and the story of tiramisù, with sensory exploration of aroma/texture, ingredient discovery, and a short interactive quiz to sharpen technique and awareness.

 

2) Tiramisù Workshop – Crafting an Italian Icon (1 hour 30 minutes)

Participants prepare mascarpone cream, learn balance and structure, soak and layer savoiardi correctly, refine texture and stability, and finish with cocoa dusting and plating.

 

3) Tasting, Presentation & Reflection (45 minutes)

A shared tasting moment, reflection on flavor balance and technique, a short presentation moment, and a photo moment with your final creation — closing with a take-home method to recreate the experience.
