Handmade Pasta Tradition Experience

Overview and purpose

Some of the most unforgettable memories in Italy begin with flour on your hands and a shared table.

The Handmade Pasta Tradition Experience is a three hour practical workshop in the heart of Rome, where participants learn the art of traditional handmade pasta using simple ingredients, manual techniques, and authentic Italian kitchen rituals. Everything is made by hand, with no machines, so you can feel the true rhythm of Italian home cooking and understand why pasta is more than food, it is culture.

Whether you are a beginner or a passionate food lover, this experience is designed to be welcoming, clear, and deeply satisfying, from the first knead to the final bite.
