Exploring Trastevere Local Brands is a two hour immersive experience designed for anyone curious about entrepreneurship, positioning, and brand storytelling in one of Rome’s most characteristic districts. Here, tradition meets tourism, authenticity meets adaptation, and every storefront becomes a case study in how identity turns into value.
Through guided reflection and structured observation, participants learn to decode how local ventures balance heritage, creativity, and commercial sustainability in a highly competitive environment.
By the end of this experience, participants will:
Rome, Italy. This experience takes place outdoors in the Trastevere district, including Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, Via della Lungaretta, Via del Moro, and the Piazza Trilussa area.

1) Founder Activation and District Introduction
Duration: 30 minutes
Location: Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere
Activity: Introduction to Trastevere as a living entrepreneurial ecosystem, Founder One Line Challenge, and the Five Why Purpose Drill in pairs.
2) Business and Customer Analysis Lab
Duration: 30 minutes
Location: Via della Lungaretta and Via del Moro
Activity: Observation of artisan shops and independent ventures, defining customer profiles through direct observation of real behavior, identification of positioning, pricing strategy, and target audience.
3) Live Brand Decoding Route
Duration: 30 minutes
Location: Streets toward Piazza Trilussa
Activity: Silent market observation sprint, visual brand decoding of selected businesses, and analysis of authenticity versus tourist driven positioning.
4) Reflection, Concept Creation and Entrepreneurial Expression
Duration: 30 minutes
Location: Piazza Trilussa
Activity: Guided reflection on insights gathered, development of a realistic business idea suited to the district, definition of mission, target audience, value proposition, and logo direction, followed by a short walking pitch and group feedback.
