Voice & Vision is not just a leadership course — it’s a transformative journey designed for young adults from the Gulf who are ready to lead with purpose, presence, and perspective.

Set in the timeless heart of Rome, this 8-day experiential program blends practical leadership development with curated cultural experiences. Through hands-on morning workshops and reflective afternoon explorations, participants deepen their self-awareness, sharpen their communication, and learn to lead with clarity and intention.

Each day builds toward a final vision statement — a personal leadership blueprint rooted in values, confidence, and ambition. Along the way, participants explore questions of identity, community, and impact while forming powerful bonds in a culturally supportive setting.

Delivered in English with full Arabic-speaking support, this journey honors Gulf values and needs, with halal-friendly dining, designated prayer breaks, and a respectful, empowering group atmosphere.

Daily Schedule

Day 1: Arrival & Orientation

  • Morning: Individual arrivals, hotel check-in, and rest.
  • Afternoon: Orientation session introducing key themes and expectations, followed by interactive activities to build group trust and engagement.

 

Day 2: Discovering Your Leadership Identity

  • Morning: Participants complete self-assessments to clarify personal values, strengths, and leadership style. Facilitators guide group discussions, helping participants interpret and apply these insights.
  • Afternoon: Reflective walk through Trastevere, where participants discuss in small groups how personal values inform daily decision-making and interpersonal relationships.

 

Day 3: Articulating Your Leadership Purpose

  • Morning: Vision-building workshop where participants develop personalized leadership vision boards. Facilitators prompt deeper reflection through strategic questioning, helping participants articulate clear objectives.
  • Afternoon: Journaling and goal-setting activities at Villa Borghese. Participants identify specific, attainable short-term goals directly linked to their morning vision work, sharing insights for feedback.

 

Day 4: Communicating Your Vision Clearly

  • Morning: Public speaking workshop emphasizing persuasive storytelling and clear message delivery. Participants craft concise speeches articulating their leadership vision and practice delivery techniques.
  • Afternoon: Practical speaking exercises at Piazza del Popolo, where participants present their visions to peers and receive targeted feedback on improving clarity, emotional impact, and audience connection.

 

Day 5: Effective Collaboration and Conflict Resolution

  • Morning: Interactive role-playing scenarios focused on teamwork, effective negotiation, active listening, and conflict management. Facilitators provide tools and real-time feedback.
  • Afternoon: Historical analysis at Circo Massimo. Participants examine real-world examples from history, drawing direct lessons on collaboration and conflict management that connect with morning activities.

 

Day 6: Leadership for Social Impact

  • Morning: Workshop dedicated to identifying community needs and developing focused action plans. Facilitators support participants in outlining impactful, realistic initiatives.
  • Afternoon: Project pitch practice at Piazza Navona. Participants present and refine their social initiatives through practical exercises and receive feedback on clearly communicating goals and engaging their audiences.

 

Day 7: Building Your Action Plan

  • Morning: Participants develop detailed action plans with clear timelines, measurable outcomes, and necessary resources, guided closely by facilitators.
  • Afternoon: Peer coaching near the Spanish Steps. Participants exchange practical advice and actionable feedback, refining their project plans for real-world effectiveness and clarity.

 

Day 8: Showcase & Closing Ceremony

  • Morning: Participants present finalized leadership projects, clearly outlining their growth, achievements, and future goals. Facilitators highlight participants’ key accomplishments and areas of progress.
  • Afternoon: Closing celebration at Piazza del Campidoglio, including a certificate ceremony and guided group reflections on personal growth and future aspirations, concluding with an informal cultural walk.
