Voice & Vision: A Youth Leadership Journey in Rome

Overview and purpose

Voice & Vision is not just a leadership course — it’s a transformative journey designed for young adults from the Gulf who are ready to lead with purpose, presence, and perspective.

Set in the timeless heart of Rome, this 8-day experiential program blends practical leadership development with curated cultural experiences. Through hands-on morning workshops and reflective afternoon explorations, participants deepen their self-awareness, sharpen their communication, and learn to lead with clarity and intention.

Each day builds toward a final vision statement — a personal leadership blueprint rooted in values, confidence, and ambition. Along the way, participants explore questions of identity, community, and impact while forming powerful bonds in a culturally supportive setting.

Delivered in English with full Arabic-speaking support, this journey honors Gulf values and needs, with halal-friendly dining, designated prayer breaks, and a respectful, empowering group atmosphere.
