ReBalance Project – Final Ranking List and Provisional Allocation to WP3 Learning Pathways

Following the evaluation of applications submitted under the Call for the Allocation of Participants to the WP3 Learning Pathways, Alfa Edu is pleased to publish the final ranking list and the corresponding provisional pathway allocations.
The publication of the ranking order ensures transparency throughout the selection process. Individual scores and detailed evaluation records are not published publicly. However, each participant may request her personal score and evaluation feedback directly from Alfa Edu through a private communication.
Final Ranking and Provisional Pathway Allocation
The ranking has been established according to the criteria outlined in the original call. Pathway allocations were then assigned based on ranking order, participant preferences, and the available places in each learning pathway.

Possibility of a Mutual Pathway Exchange
To accommodate participants’ practical preferences while maintaining fairness and preserving the number of places available in each pathway, Alfa Edu may authorize a mutual exchange between:
- One participant provisionally assigned to Pathway A – Leading Digital Transformation
- One participant provisionally assigned to Pathway B – Entrepreneurship Mindset
Conditions for Exchange
To be considered, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Both participants must expressly agree to the exchange.
- A joint written request must be submitted by both participants.
- Each participant must confirm full availability for the activity and travel dates associated with the new pathway.
- The exchange must preserve the established distribution of:
- 4 participants in Pathway A
- 5 participants in Pathway B
- The exchange becomes effective only after receiving written approval from Alfa Edu.

Finalization and Participant Responsibilities
After the exchange request deadline has passed, and once any approved exchanges have been incorporated, pathway allocations will become final.
Please note that the ranking order itself will remain unchanged.
Each participant is required to formally confirm her acceptance and availability according to the instructions communicated by Alfa Edu.
Important Notice
Participants must not:
- Purchase travel tickets
- Reserve accommodation
- Make independent travel arrangements
until they have received formal written instructions and authorization from Alfa Edu.
Transparency and Access to Individual Evaluation Results
For transparency, accountability, and project documentation purposes, Alfa Edu retains the full scoring grid and supporting evaluation records internally.
Any participant may request:
- Her individual numerical score
- Personalized evaluation feedback
Requests should be made through a private communication with Alfa Edu.
To protect privacy, information regarding other participants will not be disclosed.
